Meticulously fitting the dovetailed 440 stainless steel bolsters to the hand selected "black ash burl" handles and hand grinding each taper in the tang, he crafts a knife handle that melts into the owner's hand. The symmetry of curves, the perfect grinds, the beauty of the handle and perfection of the polished surface renders each knife a work of art.
